Photobook Collection

Our shelves are stacked with hundreds of rare, cult, self-published and obscure photo books and zines, that you are welcome to browse when you visit. For a few moments of offline analogue pleasure we can highly recommend a drink and a book.

We’ve been building our photobook archive for several years and are very grateful to all the artists & photographers that have donated their work to this unique collection.

PHOTOBOOK ARCHIVE

Window Display

Each month we have a topical Window Display alongside new titles and donated copies. Curated by The Photobook Cafe Gallery and Bookshop Team we aim to address contemporary topical affairs, activating our collection by extracting related  photobooks.

Donating

If you have a self-publication that you would like to donate to our collection we would love to hear from you. To ensure our collection remains accessible to all we ask that you submit your publication via our online archive portal, a member of the team will then review your submission, and if it’s right for our collection you will be asked to donate a physical  copy!
