Daisy Walker: A powerful, evocative view of the human body and its relationship to the natural world are themes that run through her work. A passionate environmentalist, it was growing up in the countryside that she found her love of both nature and horses, working with them from a very early age which lead to a lifelong connection to the environment, that often runs through her work.

Her first publication, Guardians & Carers of the Natural World, questions the human sense of reciprocity and connection to the environment. Today those of us in cities are living lives so divorced from nature that our environment feels far away; an unseen concern we can easily put aside when making daily decisions that could impact it. 

This book is a series of love letters from people who live at one with their planet, in the hope that their love and care for it will seep into us; That we could all live with the planet in mind.
